Core Ecosystem Roles
Benedictine Microfarming Lead

Role:
Lead the development of the Abbey’s human-scale agriculture and food production.
Activities:
- market gardening and orchard cultivation
- greenhouse and herbal garden development
- food transformation (preserves, drying, fermentation)
- educational workshops in ecological agriculture
Profile:
Someone passionate about regenerative agriculture who enjoys working with the land and transmitting knowledge.
Craft & Heritage Workshop Leader

Role:
Develop workshops dedicated to craftsmanship and heritage reservation
.Activities:
- decorative arts
- woodworking and manual crafts
- transmission of traditional handicrafts techniques
- on-the-job training workshops for visitors and students
Profile:
An experienced craftsperson interested in teaching and preserving traditional skills.
Naturopathy & Natural Health Practitioner

Role:
Develop natural health practices within the Benedictine Oasis.
Activities:
- herbal knowledge and plant remedies
- nutrition and lifestyle guidance
- retreat support for recovery and well-being
- integration with Kneipp hydrotherapy and nature practices
Profile:
A practitioner of naturopathy or holistic health interested in combining traditional knowledge with retreat life.
Social Skills & Leadership Facilitator

Role:
Lead workshops on human development and collaborative skills.
Activities:
- leadership and team development
- conflict resolution and dialogue
- intergenerational collaboration programs
- personal development trainings
Profile:
A facilitator experienced in coaching, leadership training, and social development.
Hospitality & Retreat Life

Role:
Help cultivate the welcoming atmosphere of the Benedictine Oasis.
Activities:
- hosting visitors and retreat participants
- coordinating stays and workshops
- preparing shared meals
- educational workshops in ecological agriculture
